Parent Service & Annual Association Dues
G. E. Peters Parents are expected to be engaged and involved in the school by volunteering parent service hours at any authorized G. E. Peters School activity and by posting payment of the annual Home & School Association dues of $100.00 per household. Annual dues must be paid in full by October 31, 2024
There are 3 ways to pay your annual G. E. Peters Home & School Associations Dues.
- Scan the QR Codes above for the direct lin to the G. E. Peters Home & School Association online payment portal.
- Send your payment via CashApp to $GEPHSA
- Drop-off your check or money order in the school office or mail it using the school’s address. Please Note: Payments can be made out directly to G.E. Peters Home & School Association with “Home & School Association Annual Dues” written in the memo section.

Parent Engagement
The way that parents communicate with their children and support their children at home greatly impacts a student’s success at school. Parents can support their student’s learning through:
- role modeling
- reading with their children
- talking with their students about school
- Setting academic goals with their children
- encouragement
- support with homework
On-going communication with the school and teachers is vital to children being successful at school. Parents are encouraged to:
- stay informed through the GE Peters website and GE Peters social media platforms
- keep updated through the Principal, Home & School Association and classroom newsletters
- attend parent-teacher conferences, and
- email, call or set up a meeting with the classroom teacher
Parents can actively support the education of children by supporting the school and teachers in education in the classroom and during educational events. Some volunteering options include (all volunteers must be coordinated and approved through the front office):
- volunteer in the classroom supporting instruction or preparing materials
- chaperone students on a field trip
- help with special school events and programs
- volunteer for a Home & School Association committee
